▶ Yang llegó a la perrera en deciembre de 2022 y tenía aproximadamente 2 años de edad a su llegada. Él es un mestizo que fue encontrado vagando por las calles y llevado a la perrera.

Ying y Yang acababan de llegar juntos a la perrera cuando la perrera se inundó en diciembre de 2022. Tuvieron mucha suerte de ir juntos a un increíble hogar de acogida. La madre de acogida nos dice (3/1-23): "Llevo fomentando a Ying y Yang desde el 8 de diciembre, son una delicia!!! Desde que estuvieron en mi granja, ambos perros han tenido un acceso muy cercano a mis patos y gallinas y no los han molestado en absoluto.

Yang es excepcionalmente cariñoso, muy sensible e inteligente, quiere jugar o trabajar, escucha muy bien y es feliz! Se mezcla socialmente en silencio y con confianza con otros perros. Es un perro confiado, pero no agresivo ni demasiado asertivo. Está buscando a alguien que realmente quiera comprometerse con él. Le gusta estar activo pero está igualmente feliz de volver a su cama y relajarse.

Han estado tranquilos y callados, sin ladrar, morder ni destrozar cosas. Ambos caminan bien con la correa y se han portado bien caminando por el campo y conociendo gente y a otros perros. Ambos perros eran muy sociables y estaban ansiosos por jugar y luego pasar el rato tranquilamente juntos. Les iría bien en un ambiente tranquilo. Ambos están respondiendo bien a muchos elogios y están introduciendo cosas nuevas paso a paso con mucho tiempo para digerir y sentirse seguros. Los perros están claramente unidos y disfrutan de la compañía del otro."

FEBRERO: Regresaron a la perrera en febrero dónde comparten una pequeña jaula. ¡Yang es un verdadero amor! ¿Por qué nadie se ha enamorado de él todavía? No lo entendemos! Es muy cariñoso y si te sientas en el suelo, se arrojará a tus brazos y se quedará allí hasta que tenga suficiente. Le encantan los mimos - y su pelota. Durante el día Ying y Yang salen al patio con otros perros, machos y hembras, sin ningún problema. Tambien es super bien con la correa.

▶ Yang arrived at Los Barrios pound in December 2022 and was about 2 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous cross breed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.

Ying and Yang arrived together in December, they were very lucky to go into an amazing foster home together just after they arrived as the pound flooded. The foster mum tells us (3/1-23):

"I’ve been fostering Ying and Yang since the 8th December, they are delightful! Since they’ve been at my farm, both dogs have had very close access to my ducks and chickens and not bothered them at all.

YANG is exceptionally loving, very sensitive and intelligent, wants to play or work, listens very well and is happy! He’s social mixing quietly and confidently with other dogs. He’s a confident dog but not pushy or overly assertive. He’s looking for someone who really wants to engage with him. He likes to be active but is equally happy to go back to his bed and relax.

They have been calm and quiet, no barking, chewing or destroying things. Both walk well on the lead and have been well behaved walking out in the countryside and meeting people and other dogs. Both dogs were very social and keen to play then calmly hang out together. They would do well in a calm environment. Both are responding well to lots of praise and step by step introducing new things with lots of time to digest and feel safe. The dogs are clearly bonded together and enjoy each other’s company."

FEBRUARY: They came back to the pound in February where they share a small cage. Yang is a real sweetheart! Why no one has fallen in love with him yet, we do not understand! He is very loving and if you sit on the floor, he will throw himself into your arms and just lay there until you get enough. He loves cuddles - and his ball. During the day Ying and Yang goes out on the patio with other dogs, males and females, without any problem at all. He is great on the lead too!
