▶ Selva llegó a la perrera en enero de 2024 y tenía aproximadamente 8 semanas de edad a su llegada. Ella es una mestiza que fue encontrada vagando por las calles con su madre y hermanos. Estan en acogida.
Su acogida nos dice: Selva es una perra muy activa y cariñosa, cuando llegas a casa te recibe con entusiasmo, y una de sus maneras de mostrarte su amor es mordiendote cariñosamente la muñeca.
Ella se lleva bien con todos los perros sin importar el tamaño de estos, o si son machos o hembras.
A pesar de ser muy bruta jugando, Selva es una perra muy sensible ante las emociones de las personas, es decir, si te ve llorando, irá corriendo a meterte el hocico en la cara, lamerte o mordisquearte hasta que te consiga descubrir el rostro.
Sabe sentarse, incluso con sólo escuchar el sonido del paquete de premios o si ve que tienes algo de comida en la mano, es muy inteligente pero muy selectiva en lo que decide o no aprender.
Le encanta jugar, correr, que le den todos los mimos del mundo y sobretodo, dormir juntas en la cama (suele dormir en los pies por elección propia).
▶ Selva arrived at Los Barrios pound in January 2024 and was about 8 weeks old on arrival. She is a gorgeous cross breed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets with her mum and siblings.
Selva was lucky to go into a wonderful foster home, and this is what they share with us in June:
"Selva is a very active and affectionate dog. When you arrive home, she welcomes you with enthusiasm, and one of her ways to show her love is by affectionately biting your wrist. She gets along well with all dogs, regardless of their size or whether they are male or female. Despite being very rough while playing, Selva is very sensitive to people's emotions. If she sees you crying, she will run to stick her nose in your face, lick you, or bite you until she manages to uncover your face. She knows how to sit, responding even to the sound of a treat package or if she sees that you have some food in your hand. She is very intelligent but very selective about what she decides to learn. She loves to play, run, be cuddled with all the love in the world, and, above all, sleep together in bed (she usually sleeps by your feet by her own choice)."
