▶ Pumba llegó a la perrera en noviembre de 2022 y tenía aproximadamente 2 años de edad a su llegada. Él es un mestizo que fue encontrado vagando por las calles y llevado a la perrera.

¡Pumba es un perro impresionante! Le encanta la gente y un buen abrazo. Si un voluntario tiene tiempo para sacarlo a caminar, ¡Se pone muy feliz! Es bueno en los paseos y felizmente se detendrá para un breve descanso, tener un abrazo y algunas golosinas. Ha compartido jaula con la bella Sonrisa durante muchos meses, pero recientemente ha tenido la suerte de ir a un hogar de acogida. Estaban tan bien juntos, y estamos seguros, que Pumba extraña su compañía... Ahora comparte una jaula con otros perros, machos y hembras. Ojalá alguien se enamore de él pronto, para que pueda tener la vida que se merece, en lugar de estar encerrado en una jaula por más de 23 horas al día🙏

▶ Pumba arrived at Los Barrios pound in November 2022 and was about 2 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous cross breed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.

Pumba is a stunning dog! He loves people and a good cuddle. If a volunteer has the time to take him out for a walk, he will be so happy!

He is good on the lead and will happily stop for a short break to have a cuddle and some treats.

He has shared a cage with the beautiful Sonrisa for many months, but she has recently been very lucky to go into a foster home. They were so good together, and we are sure, that Pumba misses her company… he now share a cage with several other dogs, males and females.

Recently (Oct.23) a volunteer gave Pumba a nice break from the life at the pound, they went in the car to the market in Los Barrios and went to a cafe to have a drink - the volunteer said he was a star!! He didn’t seem bothered by all the people, other dogs, traffic or noise, he just followed her by her side all the time ❤️

Hopefully someone will fall in love with him soon, so he can get the life he deserves, instead of being locked up in a cage for more than 23 hours a day🙏
