▶ Ponche llegó a la perrera en deciembre de 2023 y tenía aproximadamente 2 años de edad a su llegada. Él es un mestizo que fue entregado por su dueño con 6 otros perros.
Ponche es un perro joven y dulce, ama a la gente y se alegra mucho cuando alguien tiene tiempo para darle mimos. Se lleva bien con los otros perros en la perrera y está más y juguetón cada dia.
ABRIL: Ponche estuvo en acogida debido a las fuertes lluvias. Su maravillosa madre de acogida nos cuenta lo siguiente:
“Ponche está disfrutando de su cama y su manta seca en estos días lluviosos. Es un amor ❤️
Ponche es un perro muy cariñoso y dulce. Como cualquier perro que no ha tenido un hogar donde lo quieran, al principio es un poco desconfiado, pero rápidamente gana confianza y entiende que no todas las personas quieren hacerle daño. Él sabe comportarse en casa, camina bien con la correa y se lleva bien con otros animales.
Le gusta estar cerca de su familia y recibir muchos mimos. Es muy inteligente y aprende muy rápido.
Ha estado saliendo conmigo e interactuando con otras personas. Al principio, muestra un poco de desconfianza, pero después de un tiempo, deja que las personas lo acaricien y parece estar más tranquilo.”
Ponche regresará a la perrera pronto, pero esperamos encontrarle un hogar antes de que tenga que volver a la pequeña jaula en la perrera. 🙏
▶ Ponche arrived at Los Barrios pound in December 2023 and was about 2 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous cross breed that was handed in by his owner with 6 other dogs.
Ponche is a sweet young dog, he loves people and he is so happy when someone has time to give him cuddles. He is doing well with the other dogs at the pound and is getting more and more playful.
The other six dogs Ponche arrived with is all adopted or reserved, only Ponche is still waiting for his luck.
APRIL: Ponche went into foster due to the heavy rains. His wonderful foster mum tells us this;
“Ponche is enjoying his bed and his dry blanket on these rainy days. He's such a sweetheart ❤️
Ponche is a very loving and sweet dog. Like any dog who hasn't had a home where they're loved, he's a bit wary at first, but he quickly gains trust and understands that not everyone wants to harm him.
He knows how to behave at home, walk well on the lead, and gets along well with other animals. He likes to be close to his family and receive lots of cuddles. He's very smart and learns very quickly. He's been going out with me and interacting with other people. At first, he's a bit hesitant and shows signs of distrust, but after a while, he lets people pet him and appears calmer.”
Ponche will be returning to the pound soon, but we hope to find him a home before has to return to the small cage at the pound 🙏
