▶ Piolina llegó a la perrera en noviembre de 2022 y tenía aproximadamente 2 años de edad a su llegada. Ella es una mestiza que fue encontrada vagando por las calles y llevada a la perrera.

Piolina es una niña feliz, tiene la sonrisa más hermosa! Le encanta la gente y tener unos buenos mimos. Comparte jaula con otros dos perros grandes y durante el día salen al patio con muchos otros perros y Piolina siempre está buscando a alguien que juegue con ella. ¡En los paseos es perfecta! Es buena con la correa y no le molestan las personas, los perros o los coches que pasan. Una niña muy dulce cariñosa y juguetona.

El 23 de diciembre, un par de voluntarios llevaron a Piolina y Minerva a un pequeño viaje al pueblo local para ver cómo afrontarían la vida en la ciudad. ¡Piolina fue nada menos que perfecta! El tráfico, la gente, los niños y otros perros no le molestaban en absoluto. Le encantaba oler todo, parecía que no quería perderse nada, ahora finalmente estaba fuera y lejos de la perrera. Se detenía, descansaba y tomaba un premio en un banco y esperaba pacientemente hasta que continuara la caminata. Ella también era genial en el auto, simplemente se subió y luego se puso tonta y tuvo un buen lio en las mantas en el maletero. Realmente disfrutó cada segundo del viaje. Fue muy difícil llevarla de regreso a la perrera abarrotada y ruidosa 💔

▶ Piolina arrived at Los Barrios pound in November 2022 and was about 2 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous cross breed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.

Piolina is one happy young girl, she has the most beautiful smile! She loves people and to have some good cuddles. She shares a cage with two other big dogs and during the day they go out on the patio with lot of other dogs and Piolina is always looking for someone who will play with her. On walks she is perfect! She is good on the lead and isn't bothered by people, dogs or cars passing by. A very sweet loving and playful girl.

In December’23 a couple of volunteers took Piolina and Minerva for a little trip to the local town, to see how they would cope with town-life.

Piolina was nothing less than perfect!

Traffic, people, children and other dogs didn’t bother her at all. She loved sniffing everything, it seemed like she didn’t wanted to miss out on anything, now she was finally out and away from the pound. She would stop and have a rest and a treat on a bench and just wait patiently till the walk continued.

She was great in the car too, she just jumped in and then she got silly and had a nice roll on the madras in the boot. She really loved every second of the trip.

It was really hard to take her back to the crowded and noisy pound 💔
