▶ Palomitas llegó a la perrera en julio de 2024 y tenía aproximadamente 1,5 años de edad a su llegada. Ella es una mastina que fue encontrada vagando por las calles y llevada a la perrera.
Palomitas es una perrita dulce y amigable que llegó a la perrera junto a su compañero, Tigre. Esta sociable y encantadora perrita se lleva de maravilla con otros perros y es un placer tenerla cerca. Camina perfectamente con la correa, sin tirar, y se mantiene tranquila ante coches, personas u otros perros que pasan. Siempre está feliz de detenerse para recibir una caricia o un premio, y es una compañera excelente en los paseos. Además, es perfecta viajando en coche, lo que la convierte en la compañera ideal para cualquier aventura.

Actualización noviembre 2024: Tigre y Palomitas regresan a la perrera 🐾
Tras las recientes inundaciones en la perrera, Tigre y Palomitas pasaron varios días en una casa de acogida temporal. Aunque su estancia fue breve, su familia de acogida compartió comentarios maravillosos sobre estos dos encantadores perros:
"Con el corazón encogido, despedimos a Tigre y Palomitas al regresar a la perrera. Durante su tiempo con nosotros, demostraron ser perros increíbles: dulces, juguetones y muy cariñosos. Adoran a las personas y son un sueño para pasear."
Ahora que han vuelto a la perrera, Tigre y Palomitas esperan pacientemente su hogar definitivo. Ambos son excelentes durante los paseos y están llenos de amor para compartir con la familia adecuada. ¿Podrías ser tú quien les abra las puertas de su hogar?
▶ Palomitas arrived at Los Barrios pound in July 2024 and was about 1,5 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous mastin that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.
Palomitas is a sweet and friendly girl who arrived at the pound alongside her buddy, Tigre. This easygoing social butterfly gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is a joy to be around. She walks beautifully on a lead—no pulling—and stays calm and unbothered by passing cars, people, or other dogs. She’s always happy to stop for a cuddle or a treat and is a fantastic companion on walks. In the car, she’s just as perfect, making her an ideal travel buddy.
Palomitas is now waiting for a loving home where she can share her warm personality and enjoy life to the fullest. Could you be the one to give her the happy ending she deserves?
November 2024 Update: Tigre & Palomitas Return to the Pound 🐾
After recent flooding at the pound, Tigre and Palomitas spent several days in a temporary foster home. Though their stay was brief, their foster family shared glowing feedback about these two sweethearts:
"With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Tigre and Palomitas as they return to the pound. During their time with us, they showed what incredible dogs they truly are—gentle, playful, and so loving. They adore people and were a dream to walk."
Back at the pound, Tigre and Palomitas continue to wait patiently for their forever home. Both are fantastic on walks and full of love to share with the right family. Could you be the one to open your heart to them?
