Murcia llegó a la perrera en marzo de 2019 y tenía aproximadamente 1-2 años de edad a su llegada. Ella es una Mestiza que fue encontrada en condiciones terribles y traída a la perrera...

Esta pobre muchacha fue encontrada vagando con otro perro más pequeño. Abandonado en las calles se asumió. Sin embargo, para deleite de los voluntarios, en realidad estaban perdidos y su dueño vino a buscarlos. Pero como a menudo es el caso, las esperanzas de los voluntarios se vieron frustradas. Cuando los dos perros se emocionaron cuando llegaron sus dueños, a Murcia le rompió el corazón cuando decidieron que no era parte de la familia, ¡se llevaron a su amiga a casa y la dejaron allí! Dijeron que dos era demasiado. Bueno, aunque esto fue decepcionante en el momento en que pensamos que Murcia ha tenido una escapada afortunada. Estaba cubierta de pulgas, tenía sarna, conjuntivitis y todo tipo de otras dolencias. Ella ha sido tratada por todo y ahora se ve increíble. Ella es una perra maravillosa que se lleva con otros perros y es increíblemente cariñosa y amorosa. ¡Los perros son tan indulgentes! Una verdadera joya!

MURCIA - ABANDONED TREASURE

Murcia arrived at the pound in March 2019 and was approximately 12-18 months old on arrival. She is a female crossbreed who was found wandering the streets and brought to the pound.

Poor Murcia’s story is a sad one which we hope will have a happy ending. This poor girl was found wandering with another smaller dog. Abandoned on the streets it was assumed. However, to the volunteers delight, they were actually lost and their owner came looking for them. But as often is the case, the volunteers hopes were dashed. As both the dogs got excited when their owners arrived, Murcia was heartbroken when they decided she wasn’t part of the family at all, took her friend home and left her there! They said two was too much. Well although this was disappointing at the time we think Murcia has had a lucky escape. She was covered in fleas, had mange, conjunctivitis and all sorts of other ailments. She has been treated for everything and now looks amazing. She is a wonderful dog who gets on with other dogs and is incredibly affectionate and loving. Dogs are so forgiving! A real gem!
