▶ Malenka llegó a la perrera en junio de 2018 y tenía aproximadamente 1-2 de edad a su llegada. Ella es un cruce pastor belga que fue encontrada vagando por las calles.

Malenka – 4 años lleva esperando…

Malenka es una chica muy hermosa y grande. A ella le encanta salir a pasear y usar su nariz, y a pesar de que es una chica fuerte, en realidad es bastante buena con la correa. A Malenka le encanta jugar con cualquier voluntario que tenga tiempo para ella, no importa si es correr detrás de una pelota, recibir premios o tener un abrazo, ¡¡le encanta todo!!! También ella es una chica inteligente y le encanta usar su mente y nariz con juegos de recompensa con comida. Malenka solía vivir en una jaula con otros perros, pero todos han sido adoptados, entonces actualmente ella está viviendo en una jaula por su cuenta. Ella se lleva bien con algunos perros, pero puede ser selectiva con los perros nuevos.

Malenka necesita una familia que tenga experiencia con perros grandes y con algo de espacio al aire libre, ya que es una chica grande.

Marzo 2022: Debido a las lluvias y riesgo de inundaciones en la perrera Malenka está en una acogida: La familia dice;

¡Lleva 4 años en la perrera, incomprensible! Al parecer, es invisible total, no se su comportamiento allí, ¡pero en casa es buenísima!

No da ruido ninguno, hace sus cositas en la calle, al pasear tira un poco, pero se le corrige y se adapta, tenemos 3 gatos y los observa con curiosidad, (ellos no le huyen) entiende el “No”, es obediente, cariñosa, la hemos llevado a cafeterías, se tumba debajo de la mesa y sin inmutarse, no pide comida, con otros perros, sin problema, ¡se saludan y ni un gruñido! en fin, ¡un encanto de perrita!

Supongo que, por su apariencia, se pueda pensar que va a dar más guerra, ¡pero todo lo contrario! ¡Súper dócil y cariñosa desde el momento que coge confianza! (¡30minutos! Jejeje)

Después de tanto tiempo, merece que una familia tenga la suerte de disfrutarla, ¡de recibir y darle el amor y el cariño que tiene para dar y tanto necesita! ¡¡A ver si entre todos podemos lograrlo!!

▶ Malenka - four years waiting...

Malenka arrived at Los Barrios pound in June 2018 and was about 1-2 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous crossbreed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.

Malenka is a very beautiful and big girl. She loves to go out on walks and use her nose, even though she is a strong girl she is actually quite good on the lead. Malenka loves to play with any volunteer who has time for her, does not matter if it is running after a ball, getting treats or having a cuddle - she loves it all!!! She is also a clever girl and loves to use her head and nose with food puzzles. Before Malenka used to live in a cage with other dogs, but they have now all been adopted, so now she is living in a cage on her own. She is okay with some dogs but can be selective with new dogs.

Malenka needs a home that has experience with big dogs and with some outdoor space, as she is a big girl.

Please make an appointment and come and get to know this beautiful girl, she can be a bit wary of new people, so bring a couple of treats and she will quickly be your friend 🙂

March 2022: Due to the heavy rains and the risk of the pound flooding, Malenka went into foster. Her foster family has told us:

It’s incomprehensible that she has spent 4 years at the pound!! It seems like she is invisible, I don’t know her behaviour there but, in a home, she is great!

She is quiet, does her business outside… she can pull a bit on the lead but when gently correcting her, she improves. We have 3 cats, and she just looks at them with curiosity (they do not run away), she understands when we say ‘no’, she is obedient, affectionate, and when we have taken her to a café, she lies under the table, unfazed, she doesn’t beg for food and with other dogs, no problem at all. In short, a lovely dog!!

From her appearance, people may think she might cause trouble, but it’s quite the opposite! Malenka is super docile and affectionate from the moment she gains confidence (30 minutes! Hehehe)

After so long, she deserves a family that will be lucky enough to enjoy her, to receive and give her the love and affection that she needs so much! Let’s see if together, we can find Malenka her forever home!
