▶Tantan llegó a la perrera en julio de 2019 y tenía aproximadamente 1 año de edad a su llegada. Él es un precioso mestizo que fue entregado por su antiguo propietario.

Tantan es un cachorro grande y se comporta como tal. Él es muy dulce y cariñoso. Él ama a todo el mundo, a la gente y a otros perros.

Vivía en una jaula con machos y hembras sin ningún problema, pero todos han sido adoptados y ahora él vive sin compañía… triste y solo. Antes cuando él y los perros de su jaula estaban en el patio para una breve salida de su jaula, era el chico más feliz del mundo. Él tenía una gran sonrisa en su cara mientras corría por ahí intentando de conseguir que los otros perros jugasen con él. Pero ahora él está solo en el patio y realmente echa de menos tener compañía.

Si es su día de suerte y hay un voluntario que tiene tiempo para darle un poco de atención, algunos abrazos y mimos, eso le alegra el día. Cuando lo sacan a pasear, él está muy feliz. No parece que le moleste nada – los coches, la gente, otros perros, ni los burros que pasan por aquí. A le encanta parar para recibir unos premios o un abrazo.

Tantan es un gran chico feliz que merece un hogar propio. Por favor, no lo dejes crecer en la perrera... ¡Te necesita!!!

Marzo de 2021: Tantan está en un hogar de acogida temporal debido a la inundación. Realmente disfruta de la compañía humana, la tranquilidad, una cama seca y los paseos.

Ahora ha sido devuelta a la perrera (después de 10 días en acogida) y no entiende que ha pasado…

Marzo 2022: Debido a las lluvias y riesgo de inundaciones en la perrera Tantan esta en una acogidaotra vez: La familia dice; Aquí está tantan, un perro fuerte con mucha energía. Es un perro muy listo, ya va aprendiendo a llevar mascarilla (ve el video). Haber si hay suerte y entre todos buscamos su familia adecuada.

Deciembre 2022: Tantan fue en acogida debido al riesgo de que la perrera se inunde. La familia de acogida nos cuenta:

Es buenísimo, pero de nobleza, es tranquilo, obedece las órdenes, no es nada egoísta con otros perros. Es súper cariñoso. Tiene algo de miedo al salir a la calle, no está acostumbrado, va pegado a tus piernas, pero no tira en absoluto. Hace sus necesidades en la calle. En la ciudad ha olido a gatos y ha pasado de ellos. Está lleno de energía, le das una pelota, y ya no hay perro, porque Tantán adora las pelotas y el solo juega, es maravilloso. Un perro fuerte, y a la vez dulce. Cariñoso pero no empalagoso, tiene una gran personalidad, inteligente y a la vez lleno de sentimientos, por lo que sufre mucho y se da cuenta que no tiene familia y empieza a dejarse vencer por la tristeza.

Nuestro perro Alejandro era un luchador, pero Tantán temo que la pena infinita del abandono y de no encontrar un hogar, le gane la batalla. Ayúdenos todos a Tantán

Se le puede dejar solo, en el coche genial.

▶Tantan arrived at Los Barrios pound in April 2019 and was about 1 year old on arrival. He is a gorgeous crossbreed that was handed in by his owner.

Tantan is just a big puppy, and he behaves like one. He is so sweet and loving. He loves everybody, people, and other dogs. He used to live in a pen with both males and females without any problem at all, but now they have all been adopted and Tantan is now on his own in a cage... sad and alone... Before when he and his pen mates were out on the patio for a short break from the pen, he was the happiest boy ever. He had this big smile on his face while he is running around trying to get the other dogs to play with him, but now he is just on his own and really misses having some company.

If it is his lucky day and there is a volunteer that has time to give him a little attention, some cuddles, and a nice hug, you have just made his day. When he is taken out on walks, he is so happy. He does not seem bothered by anything - cars, people, donkeys or other dogs passing by. He will happily stop for a little break and have some treats and a cuddle.

Tantan is one big happy boy that deserves a home of his own. Please don't let him grow up at the pound... He needs you!!!

March 2021: Tantan is in a temporary foster home because of the flood. He is having a wonderful time, he is really enjoying the human company, a soft bed and the daily walks.

Tantan has now been returned to the pound after 10 days in foster and he doesn't understand why...

MARCH 2022: Because of the risk of a flood at the pound, Tantan once again went into foster home.

DECEMBER 2022: Tantan went into foster because of the risk of the pound is flooding. The foster family tells us:

Tantan is a great dog; he is super affectionate, calm, obedient, and good with passing by other dogs. He does his business outside, can be left alone and is great in the car. He is a little uncertain when out on a walk as everything is new to him, so he stays by your side and doesn’t pull at all. In the town he has smelled cats and just passed them by. Tantan is full of energy and if you give him a ball, well, that’s it. He just loves balls and loves playing with them, it’s wonderful to see. He is a strong dog but at the same time very sweet. Affectionate, but not overly, he has a great personality, intelligent and also soulful; it’s like he realises he has been abandoned and has no family of his own and at times gets overcome with sadness.

Please help us find Tantan a forever family of his own so that he will never have to feel sad again.
