▶ ¿Cómo no puede enamorarte esta mirada?

Bob llegó a la perrera en julio de 2018 y tenía aproximadamente 2 años de edad al llegar. Es un mestizo que fue encontrado vagando por las calles, presumiblemente abandonado.

Bob es un chico muy dulce y guapo, siempre solía sentarse al lado de la puerta de su jaula, con la esperanza de que un voluntario viniera y lo diera un abrazarlo o lo sacara a pasear, pero ahora pasa la mayor parte del tiempo acurrucado en su casita para perros, como si hubiera perdido la esperanza ... Bob tiene mucha energía mientras lo sacan de su pequeña jaula para salir a caminar, a veces él salta y toma la correa, o salta hacia ti, pero si le dices que se siente, se sienta y espera su premio. Rara vez él sale a caminar, por lo que es comprensible que se emocione mucho cuando finalmente sucede.

En los paseos no parece molestarle los coches, ni la gente ni otros perros que pasan por su lado, simplemente anda y disfruta cada segundo.

Bob solía vivir en una jaula con otros perros, pero ahora vive en una jaula solo porque él fue atacado gravemente por sus compañeros de la jaula a principios de 2021, por lo que, para mantenerlo a salvo, ahora tiene una jaula para sí mismo. Durante el día todavía sale al patio con perros de otras jaulas. Le encanta jugar con todos.

En marzo de 2021, Bob fue a un hogar de acogida durante un par de semanas porque la perrera se inundó. La familia nos dijo que él se portaba perfectamente con sus otros perros (machos y hembras) e incluso llegó a conocer a su gato. ¡Dijeron que era perfecto de todas las maneras!

Bob necesita desesperadamente un hogar, donde lo saquen a caminar diariamente, tenga algo de estimulación mental, pero también donde pueda relajarse en una cómoda cama o sofá. Necesita una familia que tenga paciencia y le dé el tiempo para ayudarlo a sentirse cómodo. Estamos seguros de que será tu mejor amigo para siempre. Por favor, ayuda a Bob a vivir la vida que merece tener.... pronto llevará 4 años esperando en una pequeña jaula.

▶ How can you not fall in love with those beautiful, sad eyes?

Bob arrived at Los Barrios pound in July 2018 and was about 2 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous American Staffordshire terrier cross that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.

Bob is a very sweet and handsome boy, he always used to sit next to the door of his pen, hoping a volunteer would come by and take him out for a cuddle or a walk, but now he spends most time curled up in his little doghouse, as if he has given up...

Bob has a lot of energy while he is being taken out of his small cage to go for a walk, he will sometimes jump around and grab the lead, or jump up at you, but if you tell him to sit, he sits and waits for his treat. He rarely goes out on walks so it's understandable that he gets very excited when it finally happens. On walks he does not seem bothered by cars, people and other dogs passing by, he just trots along and enjoys every single second.

Bob used to live in a pen with other dogs, but now he lives in a pen on his own because he was very badly attacked by his pen mates in the beginning of 2021, so to keep him safe, he has a cage for himself now. During the day he still goes out on the patio with dogs from other pens. He loves to play with everyone.

In March 2021 Bob went into a foster home for a couple of weeks because the pound flooded. The fosters told us, that he was perfect with their other dogs (males and females) and he even got to know their cat. They said he was perfect in every way!

Bob desperately needs a home, where he will be taken out on daily walks, have some mental stimulation, but also where he can relax on a comfy bed or sofa. He needs a family that will have patience and give him the time to help him get settled. We are sure that he will be your best friend forever. Please help Bob live the life he deserves to have…. soon he will have been waiting for 4 years in a small cage.
